He is survived by: his wife Betty Collins of London; his siblings, Harry Collins of Dover, Mason Collins of Lakeland, Fla., Loretta Hunter of Washington and Geneva Bramel of Hollywood, Fla.; his siblings-in-law, Patsy Collins, Patricia Johnson, Eileen Bailey and Dickie Bailey; his daughter-in-law Diane Lowe Collins; his children, Bill Collins (Glenna), Keith Collins (JoAnn) and Sally Jackson (David); and his grandchildren, Brent Jackson (Lindsay), Ty Collins (Mary), Lyndsay Osborne (Chase), Travis Collins (Christy), Michelle Boothe (Dickie), Zack Collins (Naomi), Chris Collins (Kat), Leslie Wyatt (Jeff) and Brittany Taylor (Donnie). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
