He is survived by: his wife Nicole Deeds Maxey; his children, Dawnita Hernandez of London, KY, Kimberlin Slaughter (Tevin), Stormi C. Maxey of London, KY and Cheyenne Rain of London, KY; his siblings, Emily Chadwell (Charles), Donnie Maxey (Marilyn), Judy Harris of East Bernstadt, KY, Brian Maxey of London, KY and Kenneth Chadwell (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Keyonna, Olivia, Raelyn, Payson, Adaline, Avory and Carter.
