He is survived by: his children, Christiaan Raftery (John) of LaGrange, IL, Brenda Rezmer of London, KY, Victoria Duff Forte of Chicago, IL and Pete Duff of London, KY; his grandchildren, Katherine Raftery, Erin Whittington and Andrew Rezmer; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Whittington, Abigail Rezmer, Chastin Hamm and Cooper Rezmer.
