It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Dugger of London, Kentucky, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Shirley Allen Dugger of London and Eddie Dugger; his siblings, Missy Dugger of London and Debbie Harris of London; and his aunts, Doris Allen, Bonnie Allen, Nadine Dugger and Connie Dugger.
