He is survived by: his wife Susan Stratton Hodge; his sons, Tayden Douglas Hodge of London, KY and Tristan Garrett Hodge of London, KY; his parents, Rick Hodge of Cross Roads, TX and Kaye Milton Hodge Layne of Wytheville, VA; and his siblings, Samantha Hodge Dickeson (Landon) of Aubrey, TX and Chris Thomas of Burleson, TX.
