He is survived by: his children, Jennie Glass (Gary) of Middletown, Tim Colwell (Lanna) of Middletown and Leon Colwell (Sheila) of Shepherdsville; and his siblings, Irene Smith of London, Green Colwell of Busy, Christine Stidham of Busy, Obed Colwell of Shepherdsville, Elmer Colwell of Louisville, Gary Colwell of South Boston, Virginia and Nora Lee Huff of Central City. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
