He is survived by: his children, James Daniel Black (Becky) of Corbin, Kentucky and Sharon Pate (Tic) of Jonesboro, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Nathan Black (Ashley), Hannah Terrell (Jordan), Kyler Petrey and Kendra Petrey; and his great grandchildren, Isabelle Black, Kadem Black, Avaleigh Black, Jocelyn Terrell, Jase Petrey, Kaylee Smallwood, Zachary Derose, Serenity Derose and Audrey Derose.
