He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Binder Bailey; his sons, Douglas Bailey of London and Adam Bailey of East Bernstadt; and his siblings, Judy Powell of Hamilton, Troy Bailey (Janet) of East Bernstadt, Anita Jones of London, Lyn Smith (Marvin) of London and Robin Adams (Chuck) of London.
