He is survived by: his wife Sally Cox Morgan; his children, Michael Brian Morgan (Addie) of London, KY and Heather M. Smith (Craig) of London, KY; his siblings, Alan of Michigan, Brenda of Michigan, Jeffrey of Michigan and Lesnie of Michigan; his grandchildren, Jessica Michael Morgan, Blaine Magee Smith, Codey Cheek, Brandon Cheek, Justin Cawood and Joshua Cawood; and his great grandchildren, Homer Dawson Coots, Laden Cheek and Megan Cheek.

Visitation & Funeral services for Jack Morgan are all deemed as private to abide by the governor's COVID 19 mandate and will be held on Monday, December 7, 2020 in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Ronnie Owens officiating.
