She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Robyn Holacik of London, KY and Christopher Buttree of London, KY; her grandchildren, Catherine Holacik, Shannon Holacik, Haley Taylor, Caden Buttree, Brooklyn Robinson and Faye Nash; and her great grandchild Thomas Horton.
