He is survived by: his wife Lucy Napier; his sons, Michael Wayne Napier of Fogertown, Larry Finley of London and Gary Finley of London; his siblings, Elonzo Napier of Manchester, Homer Napier of Manchester and Joyce Irene Bowman of Manchester; and his grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy, Amy and Sondra. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
