He is survived by: his wife Jenny Scalf of London; his children, Danny Scalf of Pennsylvania and Lori Creech of London, Kentucky; his siblings, Alice Scalf Hollifield of Lily, Jim Scalf of Lily and Archie Scalf of Morehead, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Caleb Creech, Lucas Creech, Noah Creech and Christian Scalf.
