He was predeceased by: his spouse Leeria Cornett (Brown); his parents, Steve Cornett and Sudie Cornett; and his siblings, Bessie Bowling, Jane Smith, Betty Dotson, Nell Houston, Ivea Dezarn, Bill Cornett, Sam Cornett, Tom Cornett and Joe Cornett.
He is survived by: his children, Tommie Lou Walden (Glae) of London and Sandy Baxter of Venice, Florida; his sister Elsie Thomas of London, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Steve Walden of Venice, Elizabeth Walden of Louisville, Lori (Wajdi Kfoury) of London, Kentucky and Jeffrey Baxter of London, Kentucky; and his great grandchildren, Blake (Vicki Walden) of Little Rock, Blair Walden of Lexington and Emily Leah Baxter of London, Kentucky..
