She is survived by: her children, Jim Chad Smith (Penny) of London, Reece Smith (Teresa) of Manchester, Marlene Pennington (Charlie) of Manchester, Cheryl Smith of Manchester, Sherry Smith of Manchester and Tammie Marcum of Tyner, Kentucky; her sibling America Napier of Manchester, Kentucky.; and her daughter-in-law Mae Smith (Robin Dale Lovins) of London.
