He is survived by: his children, Gene Hendrix (Sue) of London, KY, Janice Collins (Bobby) of London, KY and Joan Estridge (Rick) of London, KY; his grandchildren, Monica Robinson (Rick), Christina Hensley (Daniel) and Gena Lewis (Barkley); and his great grandchildren, Cameron Robinson, Jaydon Sevier, Lexi Sevier, Hannah Hensley, Kyra Lewis, Harper Hensley and Rylan Lewis.
