He is survived by: his spouse Genople Mills (Blanton) of London; his children, Diana Sue Focosi of Darien and Herbert Carl Mills, Jr. of Roselle, Illinois; his sister Joyce Blanton of Middletown, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Kelly R. Mills and Marissa E. Focosi.
