He is survived by: his children, James Lewis (Kris) of Traufalger, Indiana, Larry Lewis (Roz) of Munster and Stevan Lewis (Irene) of Ireland; his sisters, Gladys Neal of London, Kentucky and Betty Weaver (Drew) of London, Kentucky; and his son-in-law Don Poole of Knoxville Tennessee. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
