She was predeceased by: her husband John Leland Oakley; her daughter Mary Lou Allen; her parents, Millard Hibbard and Lee Hibbard (Barger); and her siblings, Bruin Sizemore and J. H. Barger.

She is survived by: her children, Janice Hammons of London, Kentucky, Bruin Riley of London, Kentucky and Irvin Riley of London, Kentucky; and her brother Floyd Hibbard of Hazard, Kentucky.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to London Funeral Home toward funeral expense.
