She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Blevins and Sarah Saylor; her husband Angelo Middleton; her children, Laponza Gross and Rex Middleton; and her siblings, Corbet Caldwell, Jr., Elsie Whitehead and Dealie McQueary.
She is survived by: her children, Angelo Dewayne Middleton (Janice), Jack Middleton (Tammy) and Kristi Middleton of Harlan; her siblings, Shirley Broughton, Bertha Miller of Crab Orchard, James Caldwell of Harlan, Phronie Howard of Harlan and Amanda Caldwell of Harlan; and her close friend Lily Slone.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Laurel Branch Pentecostal Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
