She is survived by: her children, Shirley Jean Winkler of Hamilton, Ohio, Larry Ray Hammons of Charleston, Lisa Hammons of London, Ida Mae Root (Melvin) of London and Rhonda Hammons of Cincinnati; and her brothers, Jimmy Proffitt of Celina and Earl Proffitt of London, Kentucky.
