He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Eversole (William) of London, Kentucky and Tony Gevedon of Red Fox, Kentucky; and his nieces and nephews, Crystal Borders, Barbara Ann Stokes, Justin Eversole, Anthony Eversole, Josh Eversole, Bobby Hurd, Jeffrey Hurd, Leslie Smith and Helen Renee Hurd.
