She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Woodrow Lewis (Tara) of Makakilo, George Lewis Jr. of East Bernstadt, Kentucky and Johnny David Lewis of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; her siblings, Porcia Bowling of East Bernstadt, Taylor Miller of East Bernstadt and Barbara Lewis of East Bernstadt; her grandchildren, George Elmer III, Jeremy Shane Lewis, Dustin Chase Lewis, Johnny Denver, Robert Lewis (Kellie) and Haley Angel Lewis; her pet Peanut; and her niece Charlotte Vires.
