She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Vaughn and Violet Gregory Vaughn; her husband Jerry Dixon; her daughter Wanda Sue Dixon; and her siblings, Cleo Howard, Bertha VanHook, Norville, Troy Everett, John, Aubrey and Elmer Toleman Vaughn.
She is survived by: her sons, Thom Dixon (Marti) of Minnesota and Terry Dixon (Janie) of London; her grandchildren, Brian Spisak of Illinois, Stephen Dixon of Georgia and Riley Dixon of Minnesota; and her great grandchildren, Calvin and Veronica Spisak of Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other friends and relatives.
