He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Sgobbo and Brigida Gizzo Sgobbo. He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith Sgobbo; his sons, John J. Sgobbo (Selena) of Tuckahoe and Salvatore V. Sgobbo of Tuckahoe; and his siblings, Vito Sgobbo of Yonkers, Maria Mauti of Poughkeepsie and Lucia Sgobbo of Italy. He is also survived by two grandchildren; plus a host of other family and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Bowling Funeral Home (1704 N Main St, London, KY 40741).
