She was predeceased by: her husband Billy R. Webb; her parents, Holt Finley and Dalia Hensley Finley; her son Tommy Lynn Carnahan; and her brothers, Stanley Finley, Charles Finley and Ellis Finley.

She is survived by: her son James G. Carnahan (Betty) of London, KY; her grandchildren, Dr. Ashley Tynan (Chris), Jordan Carnahan (Tiffany) and Ethan Carnahan (Sarah); and her great grandchildren, Titus, Elsa, Oscar, Jerin Carnahan, Naomi and Marlowe Tynan.
