She was predeceased by: her parent Farmer Smith. She is survived by: her mother Anna Lee Smith; her husband Silas Eaton; her children, Lacey Sizemore of London and John Tyler Parms of London; her stepdaughter Bethany Overbey; her siblings, Nancy Overbey of London, Loretta Bentley of London, Ronnie Smith of London and Joey Smith of Tyner; her grandchildren, Hope Sizemore, Julianna Wagers, Landon and Kaylee Parms; and her stepgrandchildren, Cameron Eaton, Makayla Harris and Allison Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expenses.
