She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Vanwinkle (Terry) of Ohio, Linda Smock (Mike) of Indiana, Brenda Collins of Kentucky, Deborah Honeycutt of Kentucky and Robin Shrader (Kyle) of Kentucky; and her siblings, Arlis Hensley (Mitt) of Wallins Creek, KY, Chuck Hensley (Birdie) of Wallins Creek, KY, Gene Hensley of Ohio, Margaret Pulio (Denny) of New York, Betty Jean Parker (Bob) of Louisville, KY and Ann Vanderson of Illinois.
