She was predeceased by: her parents, George Osborne and Josephine Hurst Osborne; and her siblings, Virginia Payne, Fern Tolliver, Donald Osborne, Kenneth Osborne, Sanford Osborne and Bertha Ivey.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Miller of London, KY, Sheila Smith of London, KY, Michael Evans of London, KY, Preston Evans (Chrissy) of London, KY and James Evans Jr. of London, KY; her sister Billie Jean Fultz; her grandchildren, Heather Miller, Christopher Evans, Chasity Jones, Charity Miller, David Evans, Patricia Burns, Mindy Lewis, Stephanie Harrison, Carrie Lewis, Jeremy Evans, Cheyanne Evans, Nathaniel Pennington, Hannah Pennington and Joseph Pennington; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Landon, Hunter, Makinzely, Dominic, Alexandar, Jayda, Paizley, Connor, Serenity, Chloe, Parker, Payton, Paxton, Peircen, Makinleigh, Dawson, Haley Goldsberry and Trevor Goldsberry.
