He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sizemore and Ethel Mosley Sizemore Lewis; his wife Gladys Faye Uhlman Sizemore; his son-in-law David Russell; and his siblings, Donald Sizemore, Vernon Sizemore, Imagean Sizemore, Fay Sizemore, Velma Kay Price and Dill Sizemore.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Dale Sizemore (Patricia) of London, KY, Billy Ray Sizemore (Marsha) of Somerset, KY, Terry Wayne Sizemore (Debra) of London, KY, Kathy Faye Lawson (Donald) of London, KY, Theresa Russell of London, KY and Michael Sizemore (Ellen) of Germantown; and his siblings, Nora Nolan, Ruth Minto, Sue Evans, Patsy Vandeventer, Lucille Sergent, Angela Atkins, Bobby Sizemore, Taylor Sizemore and Jimmy Sizemore.
