He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Lewis (Emily) of London, Dustin Lewis (Ariel) of East Bernstadt, George Elmer Lewis III of East Bernstadt and Jolita Arney of Rockwood, Tennessee; and his brothers, Ricky Lewis (Tara) of Kapolei and Johnny Lewis of East Bernstadt, Kentucky.
