He was predeceased by : his parents, George Elmer Lewis, Sr. and Hallie Marie Miller Lewis; his wife Amy Lisa Sizemore Lewis; and his brother Ronnie Lewis. He is survived by : his children, Jeremy Lewis (Emily) of London, Dustin Lewis (Ariel) of East Bernstadt, George Elmer Lewis III of East Bernstadt and Jolita Arney of Rockwood, Tennessee; and his brothers, Ricky Lewis (Tara) of Kapolei and Johnny Lewis of East Bernstadt, Kentucky.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bowling Funeral Home (1704 N Main St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers the family of George Elmer Lewis, Jr. suggest memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
