He is survived by: his children, Peggy Clontz of London and Michael Whitaker, Sr. of Freeland, Pennsylvania.; his grandchildren, Amber Whitaker, Amanda Whitaker, Jackie Hauri and Michael Whitaker, Jr.; and his siblings, Billy Ray Clontz, Anna Marie Elam, Nancy Goff, Ella May Merritt, Joyce Osborne, Millard Clontz, Jenny Storm, Carl Hayden and Johnny Clontz.
