He was predeceased by: his son J. R. Fox; his daughter-in-law Roberta Fox; his daughter Nurcilla Louis Fox; his parents, Govan Fox and Nursiss Davidson Fox; and his siblings, Stella Mae Stevens and Fountain Fox.
He is survived by: his children, Teddy Fox of London and David Fox; his wife Pamela of Nicholasville; his sibling Ron Fox; his wife Ellen; and his close friend Dorothy Shumate of Corbin.
