He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Howell and Beulah Eva Goff Howell. He is survived by: his siblings, Wendell Howell (Bridget Gale), Christopher Howell (Myrna), Diane Wagers (Randy) and Susie Carmen (Darrell). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bowling Funeral Home (1704 N Main St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery (6614 Old Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
