He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine Anders Cobb; his parents, Henry Cobb and Lucy Belle Cobb; and his siblings, Mary Anthony, Wille C. "Bill" Cobb, Margaret Isom and Charles Cobb.

He is survived by: his children, Todd Cobb (Amy) of London, KY and Sandra Adkins (Bruce) of Monticello, KY; his siblings, Oval Jay Cobb (Jo) of California, Greta Mae Karr (Dennis) of Somerset, KY and Susie Selman of Georgia; his grandchildren, Jacob Todd Cobb, Tyler Lee Cobb and Jesse Green Cobb; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Lukas Cobb, Addison Nicole Arnold, Carter Jaxon Cobb and Jace Daxton Cobb.
