She is survived by: her husband Chester O. Taylor; her children, Debbie Taylor Garland (Gary) of London, KY and Jack Taylor of Japan; her siblings, Clifford Meadows (Phyllis) of Winchester, KY, Nancy Freeman of Winchester, KY and Larry Meadows of Clay City, KY; and her grandchildren, Michael Garland (Ashley) and Shonna Garland Larkey of Terrell.
