He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Hoskins and Margaret Wagers Marcum; and his brother Charles Ray Hoskins. He is survived by: his children, Margaret Ann Hoskins, Frankie James Hoskins, Joseph Hoskins and Josie Hoskins; and his brother Darrell "Joe" Hoskins of Griffin, Georgia.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bowling Funeral Home (1704 N Main St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
