He was predeceased by: his parents, Taylor Combs and Pearl King Combs; and his sister Wanda Holland. He is survived by: his spouse Shelby Jean Sweeney; his sons, Anthony Combs (Leshia) of London and David Combs (Rhonda) of Versailles, KY; his siblings, Billy Combs of Maysville, KY, Pauline Turner of Breathitt County, KY, Phyllis Pence of Middletown, OH, Ettarene Taulbee of Lexington, KY and Betty Gilliam of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Madison and Hayden Combs.
