He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Nicholson Vickers of London; his parents, Oscar Vickers and Mammie Marie McDaniel; and his siblings, JC Vickers, Bill Vickers and Dora Smith.

He is survived by: his sons, Floyd "Les" Jr. (Glenda) and Jeremy Wade (Cindy); his siblings, Evelyn Wardrup, Connie Mclamore, James Vickers, Mary Belcher, Addie Vickers and Gary Vickers; his grandchildren, Landon Vickers, Lee Vickers (Tiffney) and Tia Antle (Isacc); his great grandchildren, Abigail Vickers and Flora Vickers; and his grandchild Annalei Antle.
