She is survived by: her children, Jeremy Thomas Hayes (Stefanie) of Manchester, KY, Brandon Dale Hayes (Amber) of London, KY and Stephanie Marie Hayes (Jay Taylor) of London, KY; her grandchildren, Alison Hayes, Sophia Caldwell, Taylor Hayes, Zoey Hayes, Gemma Hayes, Zayden Hayes and Kaiden Helton; her siblings, Rosemary Spencer of London, KY and Yevonnie Middleton of Girdler, KY; and her close friends, Dennis White and Melanie Burwinkle.
