She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Blakley of London; her siblings, Ann Burkhart of Indiana, Darlene Johnson of London and Jimmy Proffitt of Ohio; her granddaughters, Angela McNew (Chris), Amanda Hale (Jed), Alicia DeRose (Fred) and Janie Mullins (Paul); and her great grandchildren, Ezra DeRose, Lukas Hale and Olivia Hale.
