He is survived by: his wife Elsie Elizabeth Cornett Thomas; his daughters, Jeanne Thomas Smith (Coleman) of London, KY and Judy Thomas Phelps (Johnny) of London, KY; his sisters, Jewell Dunaway of London and Betty Lou Byrley (Randy) of London; his brother-in-law Hiram "Jig" Cornett; his grandchildren, Cara Smith McWhorter of Lexington, KY, Chad Smith (Victoria) of Bowling Green, KY, Johnna Phelps (Conrad Cessna) of London, KY and Jaclyn Phelps Heath (Cody) of Bowling Green, KY; and his great grandchildren, Jayci Elizabeth Phelps, Jasper Kate Cessna, Lucas Aron McWhorter, Elsie Jane and Emelia Drew Heath.
