He was predeceased by: his parent John Lawson; and his siblings, Martha Velva Abbott, Joann Lawson, Edith Stewart, Phyllis Evans, Janie Onkst, James "Bud" and Marvin Lawson.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Belle Johnson Lawson; his children, Jack Lawson (Lola) of London, Randy Lawson (Linda) of London, Mickey Lawson (Linda Hacker) of London and Debbie Clay (Stanley) of London; and his siblings, Ruth Hampton, Lee Hammock, Betty Gray, Fred Lawson of London, Sue Voltz and Mary McDougall of Michigan.
