He is survived by: his children, Derek House (Stephanie) of London, Kentucky and Kimberly Cornett of London, Kentucky; his sister Pearl Kreamer (Jim) of London, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Ashley Howell (Logan), Jarret Cornett, Haley House Teaney (James) and Lindsey House; and his great grandchildren, Abram Howell and Knox Howell.
