He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Hensley and Eliza Ray Hensley; his son Danny Hensley; and his siblings, Earl Hensley, Edward Hensley, Carrie Portillo and Beatrice Napier.
He is survived by: his wife Glenna Burke; his stepchildren, Tammy Smith (David) of Lily, KY and Kenneth Burke (Bridgette) of Smith's Grove, KY; his grandchildren, Shaylee Burke, Chase Burke, Tristan Burke, Holly McClintock and Sarah Coddington; his great grandchildren, Michael McClintock, Heather McClintock, Nicholas McClintock, Joe Coddington and Eleanor Coddington; and his nieces and nephews, Terri Huff, Barbara Collier, Shirley Mellon, Lisa Napper, Kenneth Huff, Gary Hensley and Bruce Hensley.
