He is survived by: his wife Wilma Maxey Rush; his siblings, Doris Reams (Mackie) of London, KY, Junior Rush (Edna) of London, KY, Kenneth Rush (Ernestine) of London, KY and Roy Dean Rush (Carol) of London, KY; his brothers-in-law, Don Maxey (Ruth) of Anaheim, CA, Richard Maxey of Eubank, KY and Dennis Maxey (Jodette) of Coral Springs, FL; and his close friend Elmer Gray of London, KY.
