She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne Smith (Coleman) of London, KY and Judy Phelps (Johnny) of London, KY; her sisters-in-law, Jewell Dunaway and Betty Lou Byrley (Randy); her grandchildren, Cara Camille Smith McWhorter, Charles Thomas Chadwick Smith (Victoria), Johnna Brett Phelps Cessna (Conrad) and Jaclyn Elizabeth Phelps Heath (Cody); and her great grandchildren, Lucas Aron McWhorter, Jayci Elizabeth, Jasper Kate Cessna, Elsie Jane, Emelia Drew and Alice Elizabeth Heath.
