He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Rush Sr. and Hazel Cobb Rush; his former wife Lorene Bowling Rush; and his siblings, Elvis Rush, Kelly Rush, Kenneth Rush, Roy Dean Rush, Doris Reams and Lois Floyd.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Carol Gross Rush; his children, Kathy Evans of Corbin, KY, Terry Rush of Alabama, Joyce Rush of Manchester, KY, Roger Rush (Sharon) of London, KY, Gary Rush of London, KY, Judy Smith (Eddie) of East Bernstadt, KY and Becky Pushard (John) of Radcliff, KY; and his granddaughter Kayla Evans. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and other family and friends.
