She was predeceased by: her parent Charles G. Whitaker; and her daughter Maggie Elizabeth Taulbee. She is survived by: her parent Geneva Callahan; her siblings, Charlotte Whitaker, Kathy Johnson (Tommy) and Gary Whitaker (Barb) of Lexington; and her nieces and nephews, Alison West, Shannon Johnson, Michael Whitaker, Lorelei, Hadley, Mason and Peyton.
