She was predeceased by: her parents, Leander Jones and Chloe Jones; her spouse Denman Rainey; and her siblings, Oliver Jones, Arlie Jones, Coleman Jones, Lester Jones, Loyd Jones and Louise Herron.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Rainey (Renea) of Louisville and Rhonda Rainey of Louisville; her sister Allie Jane Harris of Louisville; her grandchildren, Derick Rainey (Sheryl), David Rainey (Chyanna) and Amanda Rainey; and her great grandchildren, Cate and Daniel Rainey.
