He is survived by: his children, Joyce Smith (Charles) of London, Kentucky and Eddie Lee Burkhart (Renee) of London, Kentucky; his sibling Donnie Burkhart (Kay) of London, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Jessica Hoskins, Bryan Robinson, Kelly Williams, Kayla Burkhart, Nicholas Burkhart and Presley Burkhart; and his great grandchildren, Austin Ramos, AJ Ramos, Aliciya Ramos, Taylor Hoskins, Harlyn Cooper Williams and Emma Rose Sansone.
